Booking Terms and Conditions
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.
To confirm booking a deposit of $100.00 Low Season, $200 Shoulder season and $500 Peak Season will be required.

All apartments are individually owned and furnished so are different.
Although every effort will be made to accommodate Guests in the Apartment of their choice, Beaconlea Holiday Apartments does not guarantee particular apartments.
Additionally Beaconlea Holiday Apartments reserve the right to transfer a booking to another local accommodation provider in the rare and unlikely event of an Owner advising they require their apartment after a confirmed booking.

Cancellation Policy
Low Season
No deposit will be refunded if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel.
Shoulder/Peak Season
No deposit will be refunded if cancelled 27 days or less prior to travel.
High Season / Mid season – please enquire
- Prices are for a maximum of 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment and 6 people in a Penthouse..
- A 2 bedroom apartment has a queen bed and 2 single beds.
- Maximum 5 people per 2 bedroom apartment.
- A Penthouse apartment has 2 Queen size beds and 2 single beds.
- Maximum 7 people per apartment.
- An additional person (maximum 1) will be $40 per night.
